I had an amazing experience with the customer service team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived exactly when I needed it. Well, where do I start, I ordered a coat for my Granddaughter for Christmas and was sent the wrong one, I got in touch with the company about it and they were most apologetic about what had happened and said they would resolve it ASAP,
The warehouse manager apologised about the incident and sent out the correct item ordered without question.
In my mind Rebooters went above and beyond in resolving this matter. I certainly do recommend that you take time and use this company. My granddaughter also said that she would be using them in the future.
